New York State School Board Association (NYSSBA) Annual Convention & Education Expo

Event Summary

As an organization, NYSSBA represents over 90% of the public school boards in the state of New York, which amounts to more than 5,000 leaders responsible for guiding a statewide public education system with an annual budget exceeding $86 billion. This system employs nearly 520,000 individuals and serves the educational needs of approximately 2.5 million children. NYSSBA’s Annual Convention & Education Expo has traditionally stood out as the premier occasion for engaging with this audience. Featuring over 160 exhibiting companies, the Education Expo covers virtually every aspect related to equipping and managing school districts.

In 2023, NYSSBA will assemble an exceptional assembly of experts who have garnered recognition at the local, statewide, and national levels for their successful contributions in areas such as school safety, supportive schools, communications, student achievement, digital learning solutions, best practices in good governance, and much more. This event is not limited exclusively to school board members; other district leaders and stakeholders are also cordially invited to attend.
