PEO C3T US Army Technical Exchange Meeting (TEM)

Event Summary

The Army’s Program Executive Office C3T and Network-Cross Functional Team will host a technical exchange meeting (TEM) on December 12-13, 2023, in Savannah, Georgia, to discuss the network design for the Army in 2030 and 2040. TEM 11 will focus on technology, people, and processes to enable the Army’s digital transformation for potential large-scale combat operations against near-peer adversaries and achieve seamless network connectivity. The Army will deliver reliable voice communications, a data-informed operational picture, and digital capabilities for maneuver formations. The event will feature technical sessions on topics like C2 mobility, mission partner environments, electromagnetic signature management, and network security. It will also address foreign security cooperation and network integration. TEM 11 aims to guide industry research and development efforts to align with the Army’s design objectives.

Lane Boyer

Lane Boyer is the Director of Solutions Integration & Test for SparkCognition Government Systems (SGS). Boyer obtained his master’s in Data Science with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence from Northwestern University and a master’s and bachelor’s degree in Geology from the University of Arkansas.
