Portnox gained $22M. Portnox’s cloud-native network and security products aim to make IT professionals’ lives easier. The company, which recently opened its global headquarters in Austin, raised $22 million in a Series A round led by Elsewhere Partners. SparkCognition got $123M. SparkCognition raised a $123 million Series D round, bringing its valuation to $1.4 billion. The newly minted tech unicorn is an Austin-based company providing AI solutions to several global industries. SparkCognition also has a government subsidiary to focus entirely on government and defense. First Dollar raised $14M. The Austin-based fintech company provides customers with a First Dollar card allowing them to easily use their FSA, HSA and HRA benefits. First Dollar raised a $14 million Series A round led by Blue Venture Fund, with other existing investors participating.
