She also served as Senior Defense & Foreign Policy Advisor at the U.S. House of Representatives for the Armed Services Committee, where she wrote tech legislation enabling AI adoption and capability-driven funding.

Mr. Bendett is an Adviser with CNA Strategy, Policy, Plans and Programs Center (SP3), where he is a member of the Russia Studies Program. He is also an Adjunct Senior Fellow at the Center for a New American Security. His work involves research on Russian defense and technology developments, unmanned and autonomous military systems and Artificial Intelligence.

Michael D. Brasseur founded and served as the first Commodore of Task Force 59, Commander, Unmanned & A.I. Integration. Task Force 59 is dedicated to the rapid integration of Unmanned Systems and Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) into Fleet operations to deter malign activity and secure the free flow of commerce in the waters surrounding the Arabian Peninsula. Previously he was the Director for Naval Armaments Cooperation at the U.S. Mission to NATO where he founded and Co-chairs the NATO Maritime Unmanned Systems Innovation Advisory Board (IAB).
