Robert Work was the thirty-second Deputy Secretary of Defense, serving alongside three Secretaries of Defense across two administrations from May 2014 to July 2017. He currently is the President and Owner of TeamWork, LLC, which specializes in defense strategy and policy and the future of war.
Admiral John Richardson served 37 years in the U.S. Navy, completing his service as the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO), the top officer in the Navy. Since retirement, he has joined the boards of several major corporations and works in leader development.
Levy is President and CEO of The Levy Group, LLC which brings deep expertise in global security policy, global supply chains, Air/Space/Cyber capabilities as well as strategic analysis, risk, and crisis management in addition to organizational and leadership development.
Preston Dunlap is the CEO and Founder of Arkenstone Ventures. He has over 20 years of executive leadership experience spanning technology, national security, private investment, and space. Most recently, Mr. Dunlap was appointed by the Secretary of the Air Force as the first Chief Architect Officer and Chief Technology Officer of the U.S. Space Force and Air Force.

Brigadier General Edward Chen has held several command appointments in the SAF, including Commander Cyber Defense Group and Commanding Officer 17 C4I Battalion. Most recently, he served as Commander SAF C4 Command/CSTF and concurrently Head Joint Communications and Information Systems (J6 of the Singapore Armed Forces).
Schuyler Moore is currently Chief Technology Officer for CENTCOM. She was previously Chief Strategy Officer for Task Force 59, integrating unmanned systems and AI into fleet operations for NAVCENT. She also served as Senior Defense & Foreign Policy Advisor at the U.S. House of Representatives for the Armed Services Committee, where she wrote tech legislation enabling AI adoption and capability-driven funding.
Mr. Bendett is an Advisor with CNA Strategy, Policy, Plans and Programs Center (SP3), where he is a member of the Russia Studies Program. He is also an Adjunct Senior Fellow at the Center for a New American Security. His work involves research on Russian defense and technology developments, unmanned and autonomous military systems and Artificial Intelligence.
Michael D. Brasseur founded and served as the first Commodore of Task Force 59, Commander, Unmanned & A.I. Integration. Task Force 59 is dedicated to the rapid integration of Unmanned Systems and Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) into Fleet operations to deter malign activity and secure the free flow of commerce in the waters surrounding the Arabian Peninsula. Previously he was the Director for Naval Armaments Cooperation at the U.S. Mission to NATO where he founded and Co-chairs the NATO Maritime Unmanned Systems Innovation Advisory Board (IAB).
A scientist, explorer, bestselling author and serial entrepreneur, Julie Angus cofounded Open Ocean Robotics to help protect our oceans and offer solutions to some of our greatest maritime challenges. She is a director on NATO’s Maritime Unmanned System Initiative Innovation Advisory board and a board member for the Centre for Ocean Applied Sustainable Technologies (COAST).
Nathan VanRheenen is the Director of Intelligent Solutions in BR&T and Enterprise Domain Leader for Cybersecurity, AI/ML, and Network Communications. He has held a variety of roles in BDS, BR&T, BGS, BCA, and BR&T. Previous roles include leading the New Mid-Market Airplane Program Data Office; leading airplane connectivity and e-enabling development for all BCA airplane programs; and leading engineering in a CEO initiative focused on the application of modeling, simulation and analytics technologies.
Dr. Streilein is the Chief Technology Officer for the Chief Digital and AI Office of the DoD, providing strategic awareness, direction and leadership for enterprise scale data, analytical and AI capabilities. He serves as a chair of the Artificial Intelligence for Cyber Security (AICS) and Robust Artificial Intelligence Systems Assurance (RAISA) academic workshops, and is a recognized leader in machine learning, artificial intelligence, cyber security, and statistical analysis.
Dr. Tacettin Köprülü is currently R&D, Technology and Innovation Director at Havelsan Inc. where he took part in the development Air Force Information Systems, cyber warfare, homeland security, digitization of army, autonomous robotic systems, and now focusing on AI technology for the future battlefield, such as autonomous intelligence, planning and logistics as well as decision superiority from strategic level to tactical level. He completed MS and PhD degrees from Syracuse University where he did research on multimedia communications as supported by Rome Laboratory, U.S. Air Force.
Mr. Stewart serves as the Department of the Navy senior accountable official for identifying and accelerating near-term solutions to close key operational problems via emerging and disruptive unmanned capabilities. He has served as Chairman of the NATO Tri-Service Main Armaments Group since July 2019 and
Chairman NATO Naval Armaments Group since October 2020 in Belgium.
